Bring on the Transformation

People often feel like transformation requires going on a trip far from home, delving into a retreat, seminar, workshop, or self-help program, and returning to everyday life forever changed. But my personal experience has uncovered a different approach entirely. While these immersive programs have the ability to shake you out of your normal routine, most transformation happens through the steady, persistent development of daily self care practices, easily accessible tools for stress reduction, and regular support from your community. These foundational components can be learned, developed, implemented, refined, and shared throughout our regular schedule. Bringing transformation into our everyday life can be as simple as creating a fertile ground on which miracles can grow.
